Armen Avanessian (*1973) is an Austrian philosopher, literary scholar and political theorist. He became known through his work on Speculative Realism and Accelerationism in art and philosophy. Since 2014 he is the editor-in-chief of Merve, a Berlin publishing house specializing in philosophy and political theory.
