This Vinyasa class is an invitation not just to greet the sun, but to move with it – to dance in its energy. And we’ll do so right in the middle of the exhibition Comrade Sun! Together we’ll draw on its power, let its light flow through our bodies, and feel how it warms, energises and electrifies us from within.
This class is for you if you want to experience yoga as a source of strength and inspiration – where body, art and the cosmos come together.
Sandra is a Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher from Essen. She creates creative, flowing sequences in which breath, movement and mindfulness merge into one. Her classes emphasise moments of stillness and conscious breathing – small pauses where body and mind can reset, recharge and open into a sense of spaciousness.
With warmth and attentiveness, she supports participants through mindful assists: gentle, precise touches that refine alignment, ease tension and deepen body awareness. Sandra’s teaching is characterised by openness, humour, and a welcoming space where yoga can inspire, ground and uplift all at once.
